On March 29 will participate in the Innovation Summit Warsaw. A lot of the talks will be on creating innovation and supporting tools.

Project CluStrat (Boosting innovation through new cluster concepts in support ofemerging issues and cross-Sectoral themes) is to develop a coherent strategy for cluster development processes in the European Union. Phd Zbigniew Krzewinski was chosen as an external expert of the project in cooperation with the Upper Silesian Agency for Enterprise Promotion.

Już 22 marca br. od godz. 12.00 w Sali Konferencyjnej Instytutu Włókien Naturalnych i Roślin Zielarskich przy ul. Wojska Polskiego 71b (teren Kampusu Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego) odbędzie się Spotkanie Otwarte w ramach projektu Open Code Transfer, gdzie zaprezentowane będą rozwiązania dotyczące planowania prac badawczo-rozwojowych tak, aby ich wyniki przyniosły ich twórcom i jednostce macierzystej dodatkowe przychody. 

In February 22 this year at the Senate Hall of the Congress Center of University of Medical Sciences on Przybyszewskiego 37 street in Poznań the Open meeting of the Open Code Transfer Project will take place. The University of Medical Sciences  is one of the first universities in Wielkopolska which organizes the professional technology transfer procedures based on the new rules. The model solutions require the consideration of a lot of aspects eg  formal, tax, organizational and marketing. Setting up a new entities dealing with technology transfer(including spin-off) demands the transparent rules and a lot of determination and consequences. The Open Code Transfer Model contains a lot of alternative proposals for the technology transfer centers and it may be the essential reference point for eg  University of Medical Sciences.

Talks regarding the technology transfer in medical community and the possible reference points among solutions developed in Open Code Transfer Project accompany also the test of application which supported technology transfer. It is ergonomic system which is used for the commercial project notification.  No details needed. It  enables  easy communication with the appropriate technology transfer center CTT or with person who is responsible for technology transfer. If notified projects have commercial  potential CTT employees must  secure it in appropriate way (eg patent information) and prepare offer which can be commercialized by means of  licensing.

In January 12 this year at 10 a.m. at the University of Life Sciences in Poznań (College of Runge - st. Polish Army 52) will be an open meeting for profesors doctors, students, graduate students and entrepreneurs (investors) interested in building technology companies. On the fourth meeting Open Code Transfer we are going to talk about "Academic Spin-Offs: opportunities and threats ".

The creation of technological company and achieving business success on the market is a real challenge. Experience shows that technology companies that have achieved such success, successful roll-out a new product technology have to be better than the prvious processes and activities - then you can actually think about building an effective advantage. Spin-Off is a project that is created during the researches, but to make it successful it needs an isolation and good management.
